Rochester, N.Y. - On Saturday, May 21, the 11th Annual, MVP Health Care ROCHESTER TWILIGHT FESTIVAL will return to Downtown Rochester. Race Director and Owner of Full Moon Vista Bike & Sport, Scott Page has designed this dynamic Rochester course, utilizing road elements of downtown historic places and the best tarmac Rochester has to offer. Full Moon Vista Bike & Sport based in Rochester, NY serves as the race logistics and event management team since the event's inception in 2004.
“The Best Buddies Racing team is thrilled to be sending a squad to Rochester. We won the race in 2019. The fact that it's a part of the American Criterium Cup makes it even better. Best Buddies has the fastest two crit riders currently in the USA, newly crowned Collegiate National Criterium Champion and Ama Nsek and 2021 National Champion Danny Estevez. It’s like the two captain Americas against everyone else! No one else has superheroes for a sprint train like we do!” Says Thomas Craven Director of Best Buddies Racing Team.
The 2022 MVP Health Care Rochester Twilight Criterium Livestream schedule, for May 21st leads with the Professional Women’s pre-race show at 6:10pm/est with the actual race start time at 6:25pm/est. Both the Women’s and Men’s races have fresh new talent positioned to be in top placings in the MVP Health Care Rochester Twilight Criterium next weekend. The Professional Men’s race follows shortly thereafter at 8:15pm/est with current points standing callups and highlighting the talent for the evenings race.

The Rochester Twilight Criterium is rich in criterium and racing history in the US. When it began in 2004 as a well-rounded one-day event, a few years later in 2007, found itself under the sanctioning of the UCI’s Americas Tour, one of thirteen events to be listed under this prestigious title. The event has seen international talent many times over and is ready for the 2022 rendition, this time under the series of the American Criterium Cup. ABOUT AMERICAN CRITERIUM CUP
The American Criterium Cup is a ten race criterium series that elevates the stature of criterium racing in the United States. The series is led by a group of independent criterium race organizers collaborating with and supported by USA Cycling, with input from professional and domestic teams and athletes. Each event has pledged to execute each event with standards of excellence, high production quality, and safety. Organizers of the series have placed $100,000 in escrow with USA Cycling for a series purse to be split equally among men and women.
