Five U.S. Riders to Compete in 2018 UCI Junior Track World Championships

July 19, 2018, Colorado Springs, Colo. USA Cycling announced today the five athletes that will represent the United States at the 2018 UCI Junior Track World Championships set for August 15-19 at the UCI World Cycling Centre in Aigle, Switzerland.

“USA Cycling is proud to send our national champions to the World Championships and see how these talented riders stack up against the rest of the world,” said Scott Schnitzspahn, USA Cycling’s VP of Elite Athletics.

The Team USA roster is as follows:

Ryan Jastrab (iCademy; Apple Valley, Calif.)

Peter Moore (Donkey Label; Saint Paul, Minn.)

Thomas Quinn (Edge Cycling; Royersford, Penn.)

Melanie Quinones (Florida Bicycle Racing Assoc.; Kissimmee, Fla.)

Ivy Koester (Velo Club La Grange; Los Angeles)

All athletes automatically qualified for the event as National Champions in their events, according to the selection criteria. The USA Cycling 2018 Track World Championships selection criteria are available here
